My insurance company "sent" my car to this place to be repaired.After 9 weeks of waiting,I must say the work is immaculate,but it took entirely tooooo loooonnnggg!& they need to get rid of the MICE that was obviously living in my glove compartment for the 9 weeks it was there.I had to clean the torn up ketchup papers & the droppings from the mice out of my glove compartment.I hope they wasn't nibbling on any wires...ijs.

Biggest Rip-Off shop in Chicago !!!!! They held my car for over 3 months, then would say they just put it together. I'd stop by and my car was in pieces, so I finally had to threaten their shop manager Tom, in "a very nice way" to get my car finished a week later. When it was released, my gas tank was empty, and my side mirror was broken out. I'd advise everyone that reads this to pass on this place, and warn your family and friends.

Brought my new car in for a rear bumper and taillight. What a fantastic job they did on my car . I seen others work also . All looked good to me . I grew up at young age in the body and fender business. I quit at 18 to become an electrician. So I know what goes into the work to get these cars ready . All I know that I was impressed with my car . They got the paint colors right . And the finish was fantastic . They sure went the extra mile . I know for a fact that you can’t please everyone but they sure pleased me ! Thanks Classic Auto. Just remember when you bring your car in for work , they (the shop ) only fixes what they have an estimate for the damage . And sometimes the rest of the car would also need fixing which is not included in the estimate . So you have something that looks new and the rest that looks old . Keep that in mind !

These people are *#@*ing AMAZING! (Google doesn't allow me to swear.) I read all of those negative experiences on here, however something told me not to believe it. The staff here remained completely professional. In fact, they even went above and beyond the call of duty by taking me to the bank to get the funds to pay for the repairs. Their prices are reasonable. They detailed my car for me and had it washed. I don't know if I thanked they prior to my departure, but thank you again! -Adriean W.

Awful DO NOT EVER take your car here. We had no other choice. My husband was in an accident and our lousy insurance company sent us to this place. They duck taped the wires for our head lights!!!!!! We did not discover this shoddy work until recently when the driver side headlight went out. We can't get the bulbs replaced we have to get the whole case replaced for $$$$. We have since changed insurance companies but I will never refer anybody there nor will I ever recommend them. Just a bunch of crooks!
